Changsha Jinxia Bonded Logistics Center
Project Background
This project, a Bonded Logistics Center (category B) in South-Central China Region, has been put onto the list of the key projects of Hunan Province and Changsha,one of the key projects in the 11th 5-year plan.It is a strategic decision for the Changsha Municipal Government to accelerate the development of modern logistics industry, enhancing Changsha export-oriented economic development, optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure and competitiveness of Changsha.
Project Summary
- The project, a Bonded Logistics Center (category B) in South-Central China Region, has been put onto the list of the key projects of Hunan Province and Changsha, one of the key projects in the 11th 5-year plan.
- This project is located in the core area of Changsha Jinxia Logistics Park of Changsha Jinxia Development Zone. Phase 1 will take up 700 acres and investment of 350 million yuan. It is constructed according to the requirements of a Bonded Logistics Center (category B). Phase 2 will take up 800 acres and investment of 650 million. The construction works include: commodity trading, exhibition, distribution and other logistics and distribution facilities.
- The Center is located in a perfect location. It extends from North Furong Road in the east to Xingan Road in the west, form Qingzhuhu Road in the south to Xianglao Road in the north, bordering on the Xianing Deep-water Port and North Railway Station for Freight Transportation, close to Huanghua International Airport.
Project Overview

Project Results
1) BPS developed "marketing strategy and RFQ proposal” and "strategic cooperation framework recommendations" for Changsha Jinxia Customs Bonded Logistics Center. It provides a more scientific and comprehensive view for the market positioning of the project, business model, leasing and subsequent project planning.
2) BPS takes advantage of its oversea networks and resources to assist leasing for the project. It has been approached by several well-known international investors and multinational logistics companies, such as Liverpool Port Authority. The EGL from United States has visited the center and showed the interest of further cooperation.
