 Project Background

Teda Bonded Warehouse Company Limited (TBW) is based in Technical Economic Development Area (TEDA). At present, it is the only public bonded warehouse within the region.

 Project Result

• Merchandising Result: BPS introduced scaled companies as partners to TWD thus TWD turned its net loss into a profit. The warehouse occupancy rate is 95% and most of clients are international corporates including EGL, GEC, METSO, MOTOROLA, TOYOTA etc. (Some of the clients cooperate with TWD as in a partnership.)
• Entrusted Operation Management Results: Targets achieved within a half year: introducing prestigious clients, turning a net loss into a profit, increasing the warehouse occupancy rate to 95%, increasing the container yard utility rate to 75%, increasing the main operation income over 140% and total operation income over 150%.
