Vogue will relocate the laundry plant facilities from TuenMun to Yuen Long Industrial Estate by end of 2016, which involves the movement of the entire plant, equipment, people and systems.
Like all large projects that require relocation from an existing site to a brand new site, the critical success factors are the readiness of all factors that would affect the operations, namely Master Production Schedule (MPS), Logistics and transportation (L&T), Human Resources, Building & Construction, Equipment & Machinery, Railing, IT & computer systems, etc.
The programme will be spanned over a total period of approximately twenty-three calendar months, starting from November 2014 to Sep 2016.BPS Global Group will continue to provide professional services to create value for customers with quality and commitment.
