"Business Process Reengineering Workshop" was successfully held at FHKI

“Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Workshop” was successfully co-organized by Federation of HK Industries (FHKI) and BPS Global (BPS) on 19th September, 2014. Participants came from different Hong Kong’s leading logistics companies, such as Cathay Pacific Airways, SF Express and Menlo, etc.

During the training, our Group Vice President, Mr. Wilson Leung, introduced the development directions and strategies of both macro and micro logistics. While for our Group Technical Director, Dr. Y. M. Wong, he delivered business process reengineering management knowledge, implementation tips, use of BPR to achieve sustained cost savings, and provide several success cases to share. Participants generally expressed they have gained a lot of benefits, and look forward to applying BPR in their daily work; aiming at bringing dramatic performance improvements on cost, quality, service and speed to their companies.
