BPS designed warehouse solutions for Carlsberg, a famous brewing company’s new warehouse in Tuen Mun

In March 2011, we designed warehouse solutions for Carlsberg, a famous brewing company’s new warehouse in Tuen Mun. With regard to the special requirements of food industry, we designed the racking system of the warehouse with the area of over sixty thousand square feet in three storeys. The ground floor of warehouse mainly designed for goods store, including cold room, meter room, packing room and picking room. Dock leveler, is a tool always used in a logistics industry, located in the loading platform of the ground floor. Its can fill in the gap between the loading platform and truck as increasing the speed of loading in truck.

To meet our customer needs, we makes use of different racking systems and divided the warehouse into different area systematically for located the goods orderly. The second floor of warehouse is designed to be an office through the perfect planning in fully utilizing storage space for reducing the cost of production. It divides different space with customer requirements to meet our customer’s total satisfaction.
