BPS was chosen by IKEA again to provide turnkey storage logistics services

BPS has a good partnership with world’s leading furniture store IKEA. In 1997, the world’s leading furniture store IKEA had chosen BPS to offer total warehouse equipment solutions to the logistics centers in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taiwan when they were extending their business landscape into the Greater China. In September 2011, IKEA expanded and relocated their warehouse and they were looking for a reliable and professional company which could provide engineering, equipment and consultancy services. IKEA chose BPS again. It’s a great example to show clients’ confidence in BPS. It also proves that our professional knowledge and high quality do convince clients to choose us again.

According to the different types of products in IKEA, BPS designed a series of specific blueprints through the professional research and design, from racking design and layout planning; calculate the usage and throughout of the pallet and racking. Both have maintained close ties during the project, visiting twice to Nanjing’s factory for ensure the process of production schedules and quality control.

We provided warehouse equipment solutions in the beginning of 2011. We successfully assisted its expansion to new warehouse to provide electrical engineering, renovation design, warehouse equipment and logistic consultancy services. For example, we introduce different types of warehouse equipment such as Double Deep Pallet Racking, Mix Pallet Racking and Mezzanine Floor which fulfill customer specific requirement. Our design utilizes the space and makes use of different racking systems to meet the practical its needs.
