Lion Dance is traditional performance during Lunar New Year. The Lion will dance inside the temples, offices and other areas. Furthermore the Lion will “pick up the greens”, meaning that everything will be perfect for the coming year.
This year, to follow the traditional etiquette, BPS Global Group arranged a Lion team to perform the Lion Dance within the office on 12 February. After the eye-dotting ceremony, the lion get alive and dance around the office accompanied by the music of beating drums. The atmosphere was festive and everyone enjoyed a lot. The Lion then dance at the entrance of the office and to perform “picking the greens (the lettuce), which means bringing lucks, prosperity and wealthy to the company, and to celebrate a prosperous beginning to the Year of Pig.
