The 8th HKLA Logistics Forum organised by the Hong Kong Logistics Association was held at the Chiang Chen Studio Theatre, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, on 14th December. This forum featured on the topic “Technology Saves Logistics”, focusing on the development and its significant impacts of automated logistics and innovative technology strategies.
Our group Vice President and Head of Logistics Technology, Kelvin Ko was invited to give a speech in the forum. He explored with the audience on smart logistics technology, and explained in details the challenges faced by Hong Kong logistics sector, such as the current situation, investors’ concerns, market demand and supply, and the construction and land limitations in Hong Kong. Lastly, he aroused the audiences’ interests with some successful stories and fascinating videos. A number of audiences were keen to know more about the issue and discussed with Kelvin by the end of the forum.
