International Industrial Automation Technology Forum 2017

On 14 March, Dr. Wong Yiu Man, Group Technical Director of BPS Global Group, was honorably invited as the guest speaker for International Industrial Automation Technology Forum organized by Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and Hong Kong Automation Technology Council (HKATC). With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Wong shared his thoughtful insights on automatic storage and retrieval solutions for timepiece and jewelry industry.

Catering to traits of the high-value industries such as clock & watch and jewelry, Dr. Wong explored a series of innovative automatic technologies designated for warehouse operation in high security and safety system. These automatic systems help foster the smoothness in warehousing process, thus reduce the operating costs as well as greatly enhance overall warehouse performance in the long run. As soon as the forum ended, a number of audiences were keen to learn more about the feature topic and raised some insightful questions, in which Dr. Wong explained in details patiently with some fascinating animated videos. Eventually the forum ended with a big round of applause.
