Quality Management has always been valued by BPS Global as we strive to provide excellent products and services to cater for clients’ needs. We are constantly progressing by actively improving the quality management system in order to increase the competitiveness of the Group and our staff. BPS Global arranged 3 internal training sessions in December 2015 at which instructors from Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) were invited to explain the ISO9001:2015, ISO (OHSAS) 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2015 management system for us.
Our colleagues all knew the training was valuable so many signed up for it and were highly concentrated during the training. They also asked questions when confused and actively engaged in the discussion sessions. After the 3 sessions of training, our colleagues had a deeper understanding about the latest management systems, enabling them to carry out the quality management policy and goals set by the group as well as raise the quality of work.
