Sniper Zhuhai logistics center development design project
Project Background
Sniper Zhuhai logistics development project is located within the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, covers an area of 79,873.5 square meters, about 120 acres. It is strategically located with convenient transportation. The logistics center has completed the 1st stage investment and construction, and entered the 2nd phase, which was the main scope of this project.
Project Summary
Based on the principles of maneuverability, articulation, reasonableness, forward-looking planning and design, BPS carried out the project from both hardware and software prospects, and completed the warehouse design and logistics equipment configuration. After further discussion, the project mission is concluded as follows:
- Through market research and analysis, determine market positioning and business model of the logistics center
- Determine the functional zoning based on market positioning and current business model
- Determine the Road and Networking system
- Establish the warehouse planning and design
- According to warehouse planning, design and the actual operation requirements, design the logistics equipment program
Investment Term
The project supports the high-end logistics, warehousing operations and construction of supporting facilities, introduces benchmarked third-party logistics companies to carry out the functions in warehousing, logistics, urban distribution, and trade services, promotes the coordination of business with the free trade zone and surrounding areas, advocated the development of service industry and further strengthen the role of Free Trade Zone in attracting foreign business and creating commercial opportunities.
