Project Background
Arshiya is a pioneering Unified Supply Chain & Infrastructure Group headquartered in India. The group envisages a phased investment of approximately USD 1.6 billion towards creating a state-of-the-art infrastructure across strategic locations in India. The infrastructure comprises Free Trade & Warehousing Zones (FTWZs), Industrial & Distribution Hubs, Rail, Rail Infrastructure, Forwarding, Transport & Handling and Supply Chain Technology & Management solutions. This project is in India’s first Free Trade & Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) at Mumbai (Panvel), which was designed by BPS in 2009. In 2012, BPS was awarded again to design the warehouses in the FTWZ.

Carried out the following consultancy works for the Car Storage (148,700 sq.ft.), Bulk Storage (139,400 sq.ft.) and Cold Storage (89,163 sq.ft.) Area:
Investment Term
Project deliverables include First Design Report of Master Layout Plan and Warehouses, Final Design Report of Master Layout Plan and Warehouses, Design Guidelines and Design Brief for Architect, and Review and Comment on Architectural and Structural Design and Drawings. The warehouses were designed with maximum storage capacity, optimal cargo handling operations and maximum flexibility for operation changes.
