Project Background
Guangzhou’s JIFFY Logistics is a joint venture established by German and Chinese funds. Located in the Guangzhou Bonded Zone, the company has a large scale modern logistics centre and aims to apply advanced logistics management models and technologies to provide domestic and foreign trading enterprises, manufacturers, freight forwarders and logistics enterprises with diversified and integrated services such as export clearance, container loading and forwarding, warehouse distribution and distribution processing, information management, so that clients can optimize their resources to realize value addition.
Project Summary
As project implementation faced difficulties in implementation, JIFFY Logistics encountered difficult-to-combat challenges. In view of the circumstances, JIFFY appointed the BPS Global Group to diagnose its project after a series of serious search and stringent screening.
