Project Background

YOHO MIDTOWN, a residential development by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) at 9 Yuen Lung Street, New Territories West, has eight residential towers containing 1,890 units and 584 car parking units. It is connected with YOHO Town Phase 1 by a footbridge. The residential project was offered for pre-sale and intake of residents.

Project Challenges

In order to meet customer’s expectations, the project team worked closely with the interior design firm and paid attention to every detail, from design concepts and planning, to project implementation and management.
